The BOMBA BAMBOLA VIRTUAL SWIMWEAR LAUNCH PARTY!
The Bomba Bambola Virtual Launch Party!
We are thrilled to announce the launch of our new line and website which we officially kicked off on September 8th with the Bomba Bambola virtual launch party! With the help of the appropriately named Orange County based party planners, Perfect the Event, we celebrated at a private residence in Laguna Beach, following a bumpy road due to the pandemic. While our line was pushed back by three months, we know that living in sunny SoCal means year-round swimwear opportunities abound, and of course resort season is right around the corner!
The Bomba Bambola virtual launch party was held live on our Facebook and Instagram, with 18 models wearing a suit from the collection of the 12 styles we just dropped. We also gave away a $200 Shopping Spree to one lucky winner named Shera Rowley!
The event kicked off with a fashion show. Where designer of the line Lam Jafari, explained how he carefully selected Italian fabrics and trims for the line. Ultra-luxe feels like buttery skin, power fabric that holds and sucks you in and of course classic Nylon. It’s his attention to detail – from making sure the accessories match the swimsuit lining, to the removable padding, to providing stretchy and comfortable straps, to matching masks and coverups – that makes Bomba Bambola the swimwear line to watch in 2021.
As for our name, Bomba means “Bomb” in Italian and “Bambola” means doll, so put together the name translates to “Bombshell.” And we all know Bomba Bambola girls are head turners everywhere they go!
The models took lots of selfies, drank champagne and enjoyed charcuterie from @thecheeseblock, cake from @it’sallaboutcake and yummy paletas from the paleta cart, which featured our new logo on it, and provided by @tocumbooc. A big thank you to the staff at A Touch Of Light for taking such good care of us and for making sure our glasses were never empty! We also had custom stickers on hand, provided by Love By Three Concepts.
The décor was done by Shawna Yamamota who set up our custom logo for the pool and created the balloon sculptures to match our paradise print with the chain as well as the turquoise and black color scheme. Photographer Michelle Flores, took professional photos of the girls which you’ll see on all of our social media accounts!
You can see all the action of our Bomba Bambola virtual launch party on our Facebook and Instagram pages. Drop us a line in the comments and let us know which suit is your favorite or show us your best Bomba Bambola swimsuit selfie, #bombalaunch #bombababe #bombabambola #bbswim!
