SHIPPING POLICY

Where do you ship to?

We ship to all 50 States in the US, however we cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO / DPO addresses.

What shipping options do you offer and what is the cost?

  • Ground Shipping - Free

How long does shipping take? 

Orders are processed within 24 hours. 

  • Ground orders - 6-8 business days
  • 2-Day - 2 business days
  • Overnight - 1 business day

For presale items, please check the product page to see the expected ship date. The expected ship date is an estimate, and we will update you if there are any delays. 

Do I need to sign for my package?

No.

What if my order is lost?

If your package is lost in transit, we are happy to work with you to resolve the issue. We ask you to first report your lost package to the shipping carrier. Once you do, please reach out to hello@bombabambola.com.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will be sent a shipping confirmation email including the tracking number for your package.

Can I change the products in my order?

Unfortunately, we are not able to make any changes to orders. 

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel an order, please contact hello@bombabambola.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed by the warehouse, we are unable to cancel the order. 

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

How do I start a return?

All returns must be requested by email at hello@bombabambola.com within 14 days from the date of delivery. Items cannot be worn. All tags MUST be attached and not tampered with to be eligible for return. 

We offer free returns! Once you email us, and your return is approved, we will email you a shipping label for your return. Please keep your original packaging to be eligible for your refund. 

How soon will I see my refund? 

Once a refund has been processed, please allow up to 3-5 business days to see the refund reflected onto your account.
