If by chance a package is lost in transit we are happy to work with you to resolve the issue but we kindly ask that you must report your lost package to the carrier before reaching out to hello@bombabambola.com

Once you have submitted your order, we have limited ability to make modifications. Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@bombabambola.com with any requests.

Once your order has been shipped, you will be sent a shipping confirmation email including the tracking number for your package.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All items must be returned in their original condition and original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Shipping charges are not refundable. Your receipt must be enclosed in the returned package. Purchaser is responsible for paying for return shipping. Please be sure to get a tracking number to prove mailing. Upon receipt of returned goods Bomba Bambola reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.

All returns must be requested by email at hello@bombabambola.com within 14 days from the date of delivery.
